"I made an appointment at Physical Edge Healthcare to address my post partum sciatica which was affecting my ability to move and causing great pain. Adam was extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable and provided me with great information on what causes sciatic issues during pregnancy and birth as well as a range of really simple yet effective exercises to help resolve the issue. Adam also provided massage therapy which relieved some of the pain ai had been experiencing. During this, he was extremely mindful of my wellbeing. "Physical Edge is fantastic-- every provider I have worked with has offered a generous level of support and care and all of the staff have positive attitudes toward rehab for injuries, preventative programs and fitness goals. In mid 2018, leading up to a shoulder reconstruction, I worked with Jess Cunningham for pre-hab and she helped me get my shoulder into the best shape possible before going into surgery, and perhaps more importantly, she helped keep me in a positive frame of mind. Following my operation, I worked extensively with Greg Jones; Greg helped me rebuild my shoulder strength and regain flexibility, and like Jess, Greg's positive attitude was great for morale during the recovery period.
