"Fantastic experience. After a positive COVID test on Friday night I rang the surgery on Saturday morning. The receptionist was fantastic and arranged for a doctor to call me. In a short time the doctor rang, arranged anti-viral medication and gave me lots of good advice. Good service has always been my experience at this practice."

"The doctor's are great, but unfortunately getting a booking is extremely frustrating. I had a telehealth appoinment. After no call I followed up after 2 hours and was told phone consultations would be done after the Drs face-to-face appointments (even though we had an 'appointment'), but still didn't receive a call that day. Followed up the next day and asked what happened and was just scheduled in for another appointment the following day, with no apology. The system of calling at 8am for an on-the-day appointment is inconvenient and rarely results in an appointment the same day anyway. The online bookings only gives the option of telehealth appointments, not face-to-face. If you call and their system is down (has happened twice) they suggest you try calling again later, instead of taking your details and calling you back. I understand they're busy, but the booking system needs an overhaul!"

"Staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. I saw Dr Chew for an issue that another doctor had dismissed. She took the time to properly examine me, was careful and gentle, properly resolved the issue and most importantly she was on time. Would definitely recommend Dr Chew, the nurse and other doctors at this medical centre."
