"Dr Harender isn't a bad guy as such but he is unreliable. I've had multiple phone appointments that he has forgotten and also he often leaves early leaving you unable to pick up a script or certificate. Even attending the surgery if you ring in advance to see how he's running for time (because your using a lunch break from work) it's useless because he disregards the schedule and just puts people ahead of you. Decent doctor but really poor duty of care."
