"Nice place for coffee and/or lunch. There is a good selection of dishes - nice looking salads, burgers, wraps plus other. We had schnitzels. No gravy, but nicely cooked. Shoestring or curly fries with most things."

"My mum and I have been here many times and are never disappointed with their service and food. Their selection of foods in their breakfast and lunch menu look great, though I will always go for the Cheeseburger Eddy as the quality of the beef patty is excellent. "I have been to this establishment at innovation campus on two occasions and each time the staff have been very rude and disrespectful. They are always busy on there phones, talking to each other, and are unwilling to help with the useless coffee app, which has been nothing but ineffective. The young short islander/Phillipines girl was so rude, and lacked any type of customer service needed to interact with patrons. How she spoke to me as a customer was disgraceful and is an embarrassment to the business. She has no insight, or skills, in listening or relating interpersonally with others. The manager Sophie appears to have no idea what she is doing in running a business. She is not running the store well and not prepared for “new releases” of coffee. I went the day they were running a promo and was told the stock had not arrived and was unavailable. No apologies or “real care factor” was even shown. Sophie and the young girl need customer service training. Piccolo me is not going to be in business very long with the staff they currently employ. This is a franchise and is not being operated in a professional way. You need to employ some staff members that are maybe more experienced and know the importance of treating people well who are spending there hard earned money at this establishment. I, for one, will never return and I recommend others do not waste there money at this Piccolo Me. The coffee is not very good, and I only spend money at places that appreciate their customers. Remember without your customers you do not make money, and will soon be out of business."

"Being the only coffee on campus means we have to put up with the average brew. What makes all of this worse is the really really poor customer service. Having coming here daily for 12 months now I cant recall the last time I recieved any sort of customer service. Being greeted with "Yep" and finishing the transaction with "is that it" doesnt bode well when you have a limited foot traffic and rely on the tennants of the campus. I urge management to address the long wait times, rude customer service, staff morale before we start organising coffee vans to start visiting."
