"I came in today, August 16th at around 2pm because I noticed my leggings that I’ve only worn a couple of times had a hole along the seam. On the website it states that if you buy a Lululemon product that doesn't perform to your standards, Lululemon promises to take it back. The lovely staff at the Chadstone store assured me that I would be more than welcome to swap my pair over for a new pair, along with getting them in a size 4 which is what I originally ordered but was sent a 6. The size didn’t bother me as I thought I got an Australian 6 which is my size but noticed they were too big around my stomach and that’s when Chadstone informed me that I was sent the wrong size and a lulu size 6 is equivalent to a Australian size 10. I popped into Sorrento today as it was the closest store to me and i had the worst experience. The older lady who I’m assuming is a manager had such an attitude and was being so rude and condescending towards me and then was trying to inform me on what the leggings are made for and asked what I wear them for. Why does it matter what I’m using the leggings for, if the quality is bad and they got a hole on the second wear then it’s promised by Lululemon that they will be replaced. I explained the issue with the sizing and showed my receipt which clearly showed I ordered a size 4 but then said how it’s suspicious that I’m trying to swap over my damaged pair for the actual size I ordered? It’s not my fault I got sent the wrong size! They eventually gave in and did the exchange that I was ENTITLED TO and then asked if I wanted to make a profile for the next time I shop there. I said no but she forced me into making one, I work in customer service and would never force someone to make a profile - especially considering I will not be shopping here again."
