The young man who worked on my car was very polite and professional. I spoke to Nigel in the car park and asked if he could check the air pressure in my spare tyre before I left and he already had it covered. The last store didn't check my spare tyre. My car drives better than ever since having the wheel alignment done here. Other stores where I have had it done could never seem to get it right. My wheels were all cleaned down too. "I had a great experience with Bridgestone Browns Plains. I had all 4 tyres replaced and a balance done about a month ago. I then happened to drive over a nail, I took it back to get it replaced or repaired and it was able to be repaired thankfully. Due to the care plan I was able to have it done without charge. Customer service was fantastic and all said and done I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Would happily recommend."
