"As always. Extremely well stocked. Staff always attentive & super helpful. It's always a quick 1 stop shop for gifts. Present, card & wrapping "
"Great little family run shop with an extensive range of toys. On our last visit my kids found it super hard to decide which toys they wanted, so we spent a looong time in the shop, asking a lot of questions, before settling to buy. As usual the owners and staff were very helpful. Even when we came back same day for a second time and asked more questions they were patient and friendly. We'll be back and I can definitely recommend them."
"The store itself is a little on the small side so it comes across as overstocked and disorganised. There's alot in their range and plenty of brands but if there's a few people in the shop it's too hard to move around and have a proper look"
"Wow. A nicely laid out, traditional Toy Store...but so rude! The couple behind the counter had been friendly and smiling with several customers before we approached with our purchase - we received sour faces and quite rude, purely transactional service. No rainbow flags flying (literally or figuratively) in this business. And yes, we are local. My wife & I will probably shop elsewhere in future."
"Has always been a great store with great service until I visited with my family on Sunday, 6 December 2020. As a fairly tanned Polynesian and despite walking into a fairly busy store I was immediately targeted along with my partner by the older male owner and asked (not very nicely) what I wanted and if I was "okay" the fairly blunt and dismissive attitude continued right up until I paid almost $100 for some items. Having spent many hundreds of dollars over the years at that store, that pretty much killed the vibe of my visit. I will never go back again."
