"Came in to get a cut there was an hours wait so I said I would come back he said all goods I come back and there’s more people waiting than last time. Then I have to wait back in line no communication from any of the 3 barbers Out of the 3 barbers one disappeared off the face of the earth and never came back poor customer service all they could do was talk and talk so much it was the slowest cuts ever seen after waiting 2 hours behind me was 8 others waiting and the barbers were still talking and moving twice as slow, running off kiwi time by the looks of it They were kiwis you could tell and it wasn’t cool"
"Partner went for the first time for a cut and beard trim. Horrible, left long hairs in the beard and moustache so it was uneven. No line work after specifically asking for it, hair was left too long at the front with uneven face frames. $50 cash for this. Even showed a photo reference from their own social media. Very upset, the cut of the top is so uneven, had apprentices cut better. Will have to go and pay to get it fixed anywhere but here. So disappointed after they came highly recommended. Asked for advice on how to style the new cut, and was left with nothing. Added their own reference photo. Absolutely terrible"
