"Worst customer service ever experienced. Unwilling to provide my complete script to prevent me purchasing glasses elsewhere. They have been paid for my consultation and the multiple repeat glasses purchased there. The prescription is my intellectual property. Management needs to be aware of Andrea's poor attitude and customer service. In fact she was hostile and rude. You have lost many customers today because of her. I would suggest HR investigate."
