"My experience has been dreadful & is ongoing. Started with a crack to my rear camera lens. They told me I needed a whole new camera assembly, cost would be $200, which they insisted be paid in cash. I returned to have the camera replaced and left the phone with them for 6hrs, when I returned to pick up they had cracked my screen, iPhone 13 mini, it's only a year old. They were apologetic and said they'd repair it however they'd need to order a new one in. I waited a week and went in again, dropped the phone off and returned 6 hours later, the phone seemed to work correctly, however the display looked different, not the same high definition quality and it wouldn't pick my finger up sometimes. When questioned about it they insisted the display is the same and only the glass screen was replaced. In the following few days my camera and flash stopped working and the screen wasn't working correctly, I went back in again, explained the screen wasn't working correctly and camera had stopped working. I left it with them for another day, when I returned they had said the camera plug had come loose inside the phone, they again insisted nothing was wrong with the screen. A week later my camera stopped working again, I tried to get Apple to look at it, they refused. I then decided to inspect phone myself, upon opening the phone I noticed a cover missing that held the camera plug in position, hence why the plug was continually coming loose, they had simply forgot to put it back in? Secondly they had replaced my genuine apple screen with a cheap aftermarket part, they had lied to me again. I replaced the screen with a new screen (not genuine, but better quality) I went back in with photos of the missing part and the fact they had lied to me about the screen, I asked to speak to the manager after the staff couldn't help me, he refused to rectify and issues, stated they use a 3rd party contractor to do all repairs and it was their problem & suggested I go to consumer affairs if I wanted to escalate the matter. I wasn't aware of a 3rd party doing any of the work and my receipt for works was with them. Still he denied any responsibility and offered no refund, he seemed smug on the phone knowing I was powerless. What started as a small crack in my rear camera lens has resulted in 7 different visits to the stall and a phone littered with non genuine apply parts. Avoid any sort of business with the people"

"1 star for the friendliness of staff BEFORE I complained. Had a glass screen protector placed, $45 for it to be glued on, grabbed a $30 case also, which is $5 online so wasn't expecting that for starters. Got back to my car and thought I better take the case off to check for damage as it is a 2 day old phone. Well they had left chunks of glue on the phone edges. Took it back and asked them to get it off, she was wiping at it for over 5 mins, asked if I was happy, still glue on the phone so I said can you not get it off and she awkwardly said no so I said its a brand new phone and I'd rather not have glue on it. So she tried again, the one who had applied the screen was just standing there and didn't apologise once. She handed it to me again and said she couldn't do any more, still remnants of glue stuck to my phone, asked again if I was happy with it, not even a partial refund for their stuff up! Steam coming out of me I just said I guess I'll have to be happy with it won't I. She tried blaming the edges of the phone being different, I pointed out the phone is the same size the whole way around! Clearly not well trained in what they are doing to peoples phones. No apologies, $75 wasted in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend. They're friendly until they get a complaint."

"The screen cover is too small for my screen so it peeled up within a few days. Also $45 for a glass screen protector is literally just a scam to rip off money. I can buy the cover online for $2. However, the staff were super friendly and quick."
