"Good products but suboptimal service. I had a bullbar and winch installed thus increasing front end weight. No wheel alignment/balance was performed to account for this and my $400 tyres wore out on the inside within months. Robert stated he’d call Ironman and get back to me the following day but months went by until I decided to call him myself. He tried to shift the blame on Ironman although he is a sole trader with no affiliation, except for resale, with the company. I asked what his position was and he said the boss said no, again trying to shift the blame but he eventually admitted that it was all his decision. I’d rate him higher if he was open and honest from the get go rather than running me around. Just make sure you get a whee alignment if you get a bar."
