"Getting a measure, quote, and install was fine. The blinds are good and what we expected when they’re working properly. However, warranty service since installation has been absolutely abysmal. It took over EIGHT MONTHS to have two torn blinds repaired under warranty, with one of our blinds mysteriously going missing in the process. We also had issues with the wifi connection hub. And despite warranty on individual items lasting a couple of years, they will charge a callout fee after only twelve months. We didn’t need a callout as we knew exactly what the issue was and what part needed replacing. We requested the replacement hub (we could easily pick it up in Unanderra or have it posted to us) but Wynstan INSISTED a callout was required. We paid the fee, got the new part, and ended up doing the work ourselves anyway. We also requested a small, inexpensive replacement part numerous times over the course of two years via verbal, text message, and email communication and it really took years for someone to finally ship some out to us despite us offering to pick them up and reminding technicians when they were scheduled to attend our property. Overall a frustrating, disappointing, and at times unprofessional experience and probably won’t be going with Wynstan in future."

"I’ve ordered 3 times with Wynstan this year. Each experience has had multiple issues. Communication is terrible and almost non existent. No one is on time. Installers either show up 2 hours after the 3 hour window or 1.5 hours early without even calling. My last blinds were installed in the wrong windows. The installers took chunks a out of the freshly painted window and cut parts too short. But still left and didnt say anything. I’ve follow up on all my late orders, multiple times, just to get an update which should have been provided without my prompting. All orders have been late, and again, no communication. I understand it’s covid, but just let me know and it would have been totally fine. I’ve contact Wynstan about this, but other than an apology I’ve still not been contacted to fix my dodgy blinds. And no compensation for the damage to my timber windows. UPDATE May 2022. I am still waiting on my blinds. I wish I was joking. Despite my best efforts to email and call, everyone just keeps passing me along or putting me on hold or forwarding my emails to ‘the next best person’ UPDATE July 2022. After less than 1 year my shutters hungers have rusted and my architrave has cracked where the roller blind was installed. I just wish I had never had Wynstan blinds. You can’t make this stuff up."
