To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, please note that a deposit is required for all services. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable. However, rest assured that all booking fees will be deducted from your total amount. We offer various payment options including cash, pay pass, EFTPOS, and we are excited to announce that we now offer afterpay in-store. Kindly note that all card/pay pass payments will include a 2.2% fee. Additionally, we kindly request that you arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment and message us when you are here. We will then let you know when we are ready to take you through.

As a home salon, we kindly ask for your respect and understanding. To ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted experience, we request that guests and children not accompany you to your appointments unless you have discussed a group appointment with us beforehand.

We also offer refill services for lash extensions. However, please note that if you require a refill on another technician's work, we will charge a full set fee for the service. For optimal results, we recommend scheduling 2-week refills between 8-14 days after your initial appointment, and 3-week refills between 15-21 days after your appointment. It's important to note that if less than 40% of your extensions remain after removing outgrown lashes, this will be considered a full set. Refills cannot be made after 3 weeks (day 22 ) in between appointments to protect the health of your natural lashes.

To ensure the longevity of your lash extensions, please be mindful of certain factors that can affect retention, such as getting your lashes wet or steamy within the first 24 hours of your appointment, sleeping on your face, wearing eye makeup, picking and pulling at your lashes, and not cleansing every 2-3 days. Natural lash shedding is also a normal occurrence that can impact retention.
