"POOR, HORRIBLE AND BAD SERVICE EVER!! NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY. I have never had such a terrible experience as this in my life. I plan to use this company service on my wedding day I was booking a LIMOUSINE with Instyle Rides and I paid on the same day he send me an invoice. On my wedding day, they did not come to pick me , all bridesmaids and flower girls up at the hotel, so I rang them up and asked about where my limousine. They said the limo waiting me in front of the hotel already but I did not see , so the guy who was make the booking with me said no worry he will call the limo guy. I was waiting and again " NO ONE" rang me back, so my sister in law call them again and this time the company said the driver cannot come to pick me up. They will rang other company near us to pick us up to my ceremony but you know I was too late for hour. Everybody waiting us at the place for my ceremony and wondering what going on with Bride, bridesmaids and flower girls. I arrived at ceremony at 6 pm and every things too late and we have to spend more money for photography and etc. My husband called this company a few days later and told them what happen with us and asked about a half of money back because all of us upset and have to spend more and more money , but they said they will think about it and call us back in a couples of day but AGAIN and AGAIN they did not call us back. Our wedding in 18th December last year and now 8th Jan. We never have any response back. We tried to calling them but they did not answer or call us back. That was make me feel bad and angry. We were give them long time to think about it and without all any apologise to us at all. I WANT TO WARN YOU ALL DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. NEVER RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE."
