"If you are thinking of going to this subway i would suggest taking a camping chair and if it is busy a sleeping bag. I went into the place as someone was being served at the counter. I watched the staff member behind the counter make 2 subrolls 4 times. Which took 45 minutes to remake as he did not listen to the customer request. My turn came around whilst 4 other customers behind me had showed up in the time it took him to complete the 2 subway rolls correctly. i spent an additional 15 minutes waiting for my salad to be put on my roll whilst he served the person behind me which also had his subroll incorrectly made. How this place can charge customers for there service is beyond me as well as be compentent enough to take payment. Thank god the oven has a safety system implemented. RUN AWAY from this place. You could travel upwards of 30km for a subway and still get home quicker and safer than here."
"Completely burn our 3 toasted subways. Girl with dark brown hair short, had no customer service or people skills. Toasting machine was peeping to advise it had finished toasting sub but she kept trying to different sub. Shop had nice burn smell. She just threw 3 subways into bag with cooking and drink. Shouldn't be working at this store anymore. It was Friday lunch time around 12.30pm. I won't be going back to this Subway at 7 Eleven at Springfield."

"I was very pleased with the service and quality at this subway at the Orion food court. My pizza sub was splendid and delicious every bite of the way. The restaurant itself looks very beautiful and the young workers there are very professional. I was extremely impressed when I went to order a young lady Mia served me with the best manners. Amazing 100% recommend."
