Netstrata Strata Management - Wollongong

"I am a Tennant and a retailer at the crown apartments and i have requested through my agent several times now for the surroundings of the building/common areas to be cleaned and monitored on a regular basis. Job actions have been put through and nothing has been done. The common areas of the retail stores are filthy covered in urine, laqour from drinks being spilt, spit, chewing gum etc. Paying rent and getting nothing back. I give up trying to get strata and the building manager to care. I definitely won't be going to ask for anything else as they obviously don't care so I now don't either. If they want the building to look filthy that's on them. They want us to follow the rules but yet they won't lead by example. Good luck"

"Net Strata are not very good Strata Managers. If you want to lose sleep and money on your strata property then these guys would be your choice. They are unresponsive and have no idea how to mediate situations or see both sides. They lack compassion and leave owners at a disadvantage. Reported building issues never seem to be fixed and they have now suggested a 55% increase in levies. I would be interested to see how they manage their own strata properties as they are not very good at managing other peoples."
