"Very happy with the service of Pivot in the purchase of our new Pacific Energy wood heater that has replaced a 25 year old Magnum heater After going into the showroom a few weeks back and discussing with Tammie our needs, it came down to choosing between this and one other, Tammie was very good at explaining the features of both and helped in our choice. The installation by Mitch and Angus from Modica Plumbing was without fuss and very professional. We are very happy with our choice and are only now understanding just how inefficient our old wood heater was... This heater is actually physically slightly smaller but throws out much more heat than the one it replaced... We should have done this years ago."
