"Reading past reviews I'm not the only one who has experienced the rudeness and unnecessary comments from the little old lady there. We had a water test done and purchased all the recommended chemicals. We then followed every process given to us from a very helpful young staff member. Today I went in there to tell them about a problem we were having with the salt they sold us. Straight away it was our fault in how we used it, we have been using another brand and never had an issue of staining. To top it off, she said they're are not responsible for the products they sell as they don't make them. So I think the little old lady should stay at home and let the young friendly staff look after the business."
"Wow...I wish I had recorded that rude conversation!! If I had a water test and I was recorded on their system I could get more salt but because I simply went in to ask for 4 bags of salt the "technician" would only provide two BECAUSE he couldn't look at my last water test!! I guess this is why I'm not a regular customer..... yet again Swimart.... I was looking to return but yet again I'll take my business elsewhere!!"
