They ruined rhe image of Pandora. Head office of Pandora store should take actions strictly with this owner. Second and last vist. Very disappointed I recommend Mt gravtt and hyperdome best staff and quick service."

"Received a gift of a bracelet. I already have 3 of these, so I wanted to exchange it for something else. The lady at Browns Plains was very rude and said no, we need the receipt. When I said it was a gift and I didn't want to upset the person, I was told that was my problem. It was purchased the day before, clearly brand new, just been opened, nothing wrong with it. Rude, unacceptable customer service. Oh, and ANSWER YOUR STORE PHONE!!!!! I rang so many times and it kept going to message bank. I could hear it ringing in the store and no one bothered answering. There were 2 ladies behind the counter and I went outside and rang the number, it rang aloud and they both ignored it, still talking to each other. NEVER AGAIN!"
