Know it all, but has no clue. Spent an hour on the phone to taxation office putting in a formal complaint. Now I have to go back to her office and get her to amend it. A waste of my time. Don’t even want to deal with her again. She should have listened in the first place and not assumed. Very angry and very dissatisfied. Will not be going back there, it is a shame because the other ladies have always been good. Takes one to spoil the whole reputation though. Total dissatisfied."
