"They took the time to shape me nails perfectly and the colour is beautiful. The staff are lovely. Because they are so meticulous, they did take a bit longer than expected but the final product was so good that I don't mind. :)"

"I asked for black acrylic nails.... after i asked, they told me to sit in a chair which was infront of the desk (where you get nails down). Then cycled through multiple people just doing the steps (someone would file my nails for 5 minutes then would leave, then wait 10 minutes and someone else would come and do the next step). The whole process took over an hour and a half, I was stuck here. When they were done, the shape was perfect except the colour, it was black inside but outdoor it turned into a dark blue."

"This place has the worst customer service. They don’t tell you how long they expect it will be until it’s your turn and instead they sit you down and circle you through a bunch of nail technicians who just keep filing and filing your nails, until the one lady who actually knows how to do acrylic nails is free. If you are time conscious I would not recommend this place. Price is reasonable but they do like to upsell and there is a surcharge for using cars over cash. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future!"

"Expensive Good work Weird vibe Poor time management- mislead customers coming in about how long they will be an end up taking much longer on current and new customers. Saw one client (walk in) be promised she would be in and out in 20mins. She walked out an hour later. And at the detriment of other customers in there also. Won't be back."

"Very happy with my nails and the service. After 8 days my nails still look great. My nails had been done by another local shop previously. I wasn't unhappy with them I just thought I'd try Phi nails to compare. At Phi nails they took the time to shape my nails properly so they look more natural and they didn't rush me out."
