"Got an email saying it would arrive Monday so took the time off work to wait for a package. Called them after nothing and all they could say is "the package has not been scanned by our depo". When I try to ask where it is and when it'll be delivered, it's like I'm speaking another language and the rude lady repeats the same thing & hangs up the phone. Tuesday nothing and same answer when I call. Wednesday finally arrives with a short notice in the morning. Took 2 unnecessary days off work because their lack of organisation and communication. If you're a business, steer clear of this place unless you want angry customers."

"Waited for my parcel at home ALL DAY, on my couch near my door with my door open. I then check my tacking and it says they were unable to deliver and there was a card in my letter box. NO ONE KNOCKED! I then called to ask why no one knocked on my door and the lady said 'They wouldn't have drove all he way out there just to drop a card off'......so I'm lying? Apparently it's getting dropped off today no signature needed? So why did I need one yesterday? Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I have been waiting 12 Days for this parcel and I made sure I was near my door waiting up until 3.30pm!"

"Risky driving from this bloke in one of your trucks Highway heading out of Goldcoast towards Logan Was tailgating a car, less that 30cm gap between him and the car in front. Changed lanes dangerously multiple times. Around 4.10 today"

"Top service here, pickup from Hoppers Crossing Vic Friday afternoon, delivered to my door late morning Monday. Large item delivered undamaged in full before forecast delivery date. Nathan the driver did an outstanding job getting my item inside and took the skid with him. Well done and Cheers!"

"Worst service ever, made a complaint as parcel never arrived on time and nothing updated online. Parcel missing was told they are investigating and will email me with news. No email contact days later still under investigation but parcel has now been checked in at depot 15 mins away. Can’t give a time frame on when will be delivered or where to collect once again told they will email. If you’re looking for communication and updates don’t bother with this company."
