"Yesterday I’ve received a deliver from IKEA through All Purpose Transport. It was an excellent experience. The packages arrived very early within the delivery window, which was great. A lovely lady called me with an ETA when they were about 30min away and called back again when they got here as per my request. They both arrived in such a great mood and it made my day, we had a nice chat during the delivery. They went above and beyond to position the packages in a way I wouldn’t need to move them out of the way until we get to put everything together, which was great because I’m pregnant and the packages were heavy. 5 stars customer service to them both. "Excellent service. Courteous staff. The shop had given the guys the.items to deliver and some were incorrect. They unloaded the truck at my place and I did not notice that 2 sofas and a coffee table were the wrong items. The guys took it out and loaded it back on the truck, reassuring me that they would let the shop know what had happened. Even though they had twice the carrying they.maintained their kind and pleasant manner the whole time. Thank you for great customer service! Add on; I had some furniture delivered yesterday.
