Reviews of Emmaus College
"Genuinely a disgusting school, each time I’ve left a detailed review of exactly the things I’ve witnessed and have happened personally to me there, my reviews are deleted, alongside others who have spoken up about certain things they experienced… So let me speak more generally here, in hopes at least some of the truth about this school can come out. I strongly suggest that parents should not send their children there, especially if their child has any disabilities, or is of an ethnicity and/or cultural background other than simply… white. To emphasise this, consider the fact that as a previous student there… i am literally diagnosed with PTSD from the things that this school subjected me to!! Additionally I have been left with PHYSICAL scars ! Yes emotional too… but I have actual physical scars ! And permanent injuries to specifically my spine, and head, alongside scarring on legs, arms and face, from the things this school subjected me to ! This school has traumatised me soo severely I was on various drugs from the ages of 12-18 years old (by some grace of god I was able to stop after being out of that environment.) I had to take my first year off of University, due to the fact I could barely leave my house without having a panic attack, which can be attributed to the fact that I believed I was going to be murdered (you’d understand if I was able to relay things here), alongside the lack of belief in myself, as the school so graciously destroyed any confidence in myself, any sense of self, alongside any creativity. Furthermore, it took me a year just to be able to sleep more than a couple of hours every few days due to such intense nightmares of the things I experienced here. Additionally i was subjected to insane amounts of medical bills, including brain scans, physiotherapy, and psychiatry due to issues caused from being at that school, hence I was forced to work insane hours just to survive through it all, and hence I could not even start my future, by beginning my University degree. These medical issues today have improved, but I am still spending money on medical bills for both physical and mental issues that can ascribable to this schools conduct. Please dear God think of your child and their health and safety before sending them to this quite literal hell hole! Additionally, please speak out about these things !! And record everything!!!! Record meetings with them, record any emails, record any phone calls! Record absolutely everything to hopefully help if the school chose you, and/or your child as one of their many victims. My whole entire life and career is now engulfed by the education system and helping children. I plan to be able to speak up about this school since they keep deleting mine and others reviews. Speak out when these things happen ! Not just to deter parents from sending their innocent children there, but to bring light to these insanely violent circumstances and abuse of power! I have so much hope that by using our voices we can force not only this school, but any schools with similar issues to be completely redefined, to hopefully create a positive environment for children. I’ll leave these here in case the school wants to take advice from what they apparently preach… 1 Corinthians 16:14 “Let all that you do be done in love.” Jeremiah 22:3 This is what the Lord says: "Do what is just and right. Rescue from the hand of the oppressor the one who has been robbed. Do no wrong or violence to the foreigner, the fatherless or the widow, and do not shed innocent blood in this place.""
"We recently moved from another school to Emmaus and we are so so happy! The communication is impeccable, organisation, friendliness we've experienced is such a breath of fresh air compared to how poor our daughters previous school was. We made the right choice waiting for a spot to open up and are so grateful to be here! I highly recommend this school it’s outstanding."
"Not good school. Has AC not very effective, lots of space that is wasted. only really cares about the dumb horse, and sport. not a lot of elective subjects"
"I have kids there. But needs more road area for pick up, given its Prep to High School, allowing for those students driving in their last HS years and safety"
"nice clean school, relatively new and modern... drop off pick up is a bit messy with too many parents double parking in the exit lanes thus blocking them. Kids seem happy to go and teachers so far have all been very good."
