"Bought a tank of helium at 9:40am, then found a tank at Kmart for $15 cheaper (the exact same tank). Bought the helium tank back to get a refund at 1pm the same day and the lady refused to refund my tank. She exclaimed, “I have a refund possibly & I can’t refund you if you find something cheaper! I have the policy written on my counter!”. When I went to check the “policy” it was hidden under a balloon display that also had a different sign on top of it (not visible to a customer at all). I was less than 4 hours, had my receipt on me, and her “refund policy” was covered up on the counter and she still didn’t grant me a refund. There’s no actual point in keeping your receipt from this store?"

"Jackie the business owner is AMAZING! I went in their looking to order balloons for my daughters 3rd birthday. The theme was reptiles and Jackie spent so much time with me finding the right balloon arrangement for her. The customer service was amazing, price was great and the product quality is incredible - our crocodile and reptile skin balloons are still inflated 3 weeks later! "Fabulaois service! I ordered my balloons for my mums 70th two weeks ahead and was guided in store by the lovely lady who helped me choose colors and design. She told me she would make them beautiful and she truly did! The flower ring on the 70 was so cute!They were delivered today by a lovely gentleman who not only delivered them but had to go the long way due to the floods, brought them inside and set them up in place which was above and beyond. They looked totally amazing! Mum and everyone loved them! Thank you guys so much!"
