"Our stay at the Chalet was fantastic! Check in/out was easy, communication was excellent, they always responded to any queries in a speedy manner. The room was modern and clean with everything we needed. Location is perfect, close to shops and the beach, we didn't need the car at all. We can't wait to book again, thank you to the ANMF and accommodation team for this incredible opportunity!"

"Poor service. Can only communicate through a text message which won’t be replied to till the next day. Dirty spoons and filthy stinking towels. Bathroom drawer full of rubbish, open tampons etc. from another guest so the room was not cleaned or checked properly. Netflix not working as advertised. After asking for assistance, someone came 2 days later and could not fix it and I was told that it’s just bad luck. Spa not working. A note left to text them to have it turned on. Again, no reply. If I’m lucky they may respond to my message the next day and turn on the spa I wanted to use the precious day! Room Does not get replenished so ran out of coffee and sugar after the first 2 days. Sent text message during the day and again no reply till the next day. No views to look at. I DON’T recommend this place at all!"

"The contactless check in/check out does not change the wonderful experience staying at The Chalet. This has been my first time booking this accomodate online. It was easy, with regular email/SMS updates. The room was perfect, clean and modern, positioned close to shops and the beach with designated car park. Clear room instructions and assistance if required. It has been a perfect week away to relax and rejuvenate - much needed holiday. I have enjoyed my stay and look forward to coming back. Thank you to the Accomodation team, and ANMF for this lovely opportunity."

"We stayed in the penthouse for a long weekend. The spa in the bathroom was great, the bed was huge enough for a couple and was comfortable. We were expecting some welcome pack like a bottle of wine and chocolates as what the previous reviews mentioned however there was none but it’s okay. Price was reduced to 50% due to the new owners taking over—perfect timing. Location wise, it is in a good spot as it is close to the shops, restaurants, and the beach."

"This property is in the most wonderful location in Ocean Grove, a short walk from ample great shops and restaurants. The staff (particularly Mark) were attentive, kind, communicative and went above and beyond for our stay. Cleanliness was excellent, and the beds were SO comfortable with really soft and luxurious linen. The spa and pool area is wonderful too."
