"Rocked up late, broke a vent and then avoided responsibility by saying 'old house' despite the heating system being not so old, proceeded to waste my wifes morning in which she was meant to be working. Couldnt do the job but manager did come out and replace the broken vent (and was nice about it) to his credit."

"This Morning Steamatic arrived to clean my Heating ducts. 15 ducts in total, plus the return air. Mark and Sean were the skilled men sent to do my job. I am extremely happy with the amount of time they spent in my home. Both men were respectful, friendly and knowledgeable when asked questions. I anticipate my heater will work more effectively after this 'procedure'. I will report fully after my heater is used again. "Hi we had a nasty kitchen fire on the 12/12/15. On Sunday the 13/12/15, Jenny arrived and assessed our place. Together with her team of Laurice and Jackson as well as much respected help from Robert from Geelong, the workers did a wonderful job at cleaning the affected areas. Not only were they very thorough, they were very polite, non-judgmental and did the job with wonderful interaction with my family (and teenagers can be challenging). I must say, I was very apprehensive about having cleaners come into my home and having strangers go through our personal stuff and now I feel I could have them every day! I learnt some great tips from Jenny and Laurice. And my children have helped me de-clutter as a result and together with their input, we feel more able to keep a clean and healthy home once again. For Steamatic to come all before Christmas (Rob came from Geelong) was a godsend. As you can imagine how chaotic the pre-xmas time is (plus we have 5 birthdays in that month and one on the 2nd of January!!!) As a result of everyone attending and really working hard, we had a lovely Christmas which was very important. Although the fire was no doubt, very traumatic for us, I feel a load of relief at having had the house cleaned so well. Thank you for your services and I would be happy to recommend them to any other clients especially those that may feel as apprehensive as I was."
