"Start off by saying the staff are lovely and the place is very clean. I believe if you are wanting to find a place where you can go and get your back cracked once a week this is the place for you. If you have a serious back injury or problem I would highly not recommend. I went here after my mum had her initial appointment as I had been experiencing back pain for several months. I had a consultation and an X-ray. Went in the day later for X-ray results and was shown I had a fracture in my lower spine. I was then offered the exact same treatment as my mother who is 40 years older than me with minimal postural issues??. I was then “re adjusted” where they pop the bed instead of your back to trick you into thinking they cracked your back. I was then presented with a “membership” option where I would have to pay $50 minimum per week for a 2 minute back crack. I just got the overall vibe that they were more interested in money and heaps of people entering the venue than actually helping me fix my broken back. This place may work for some but overall wouldn’t recommend."

"I only went in to The Back Dr with my sister on her second appointment and watched the video with her. Upon watching I discovered that I was already at stage 2 ( I have a bone spur in my neck). I wasn’t sure what to expect at first and was a bit apprehensive, but I needn’t have worried as the team are amazing and have made it a great experience. After just 4 adjustments I found I was able to walk further and also do some housework that previously was not possible. I have now had 8 adjustments and feel I am ready to get back to working out with weights again and I have loads more energy. I am so glad I came to that appointment with my sister and that I found the courage to start a care plan for myself because I’m sure I would still be sitting around in pain and hoping the painkillers help.
