"What a farce dealing with them. I read a bad review about them but decided to give them a chance as they were local. They came 2-3 hours early when I wasn't home. The guy left a message "blaming" me for not being home and my dog barking at him. I rang the company back and they said they would come at the previously agreed time. When they didn't, I rang back and they blew the time out by 3.5 hours. When I stated I was not happy about this the nasty reception girl said she would cancel it and then hung up on me when I was trying to tell her I wished to proceed with the appointment."
