"Lack of communication, maintenance issues went unattended for MONTHS even with issues to accessing the property safely. No exit report was done, 3 weeks later they try to charge for damage that was never brought up and have had multiple people through the property since keys were returned. Communicates via text rather than emails and takes days sometimes weeks to get responses. Didn’t even advise tenants of moving office address poor poor service and very glad not to have to deal with them again. The whole process was emotionally, mentally and financially draining"

"Regrettably, we experienced a significant downfall in communication on their part, resulting in unnecessary costs for us. Their lack of prioritising our interests as landlords was evident in their decision-making process, where they failed to consult us before taking steps regarding an emergency situation involving a faulty pump. One quick and simple phone call from them could have resolved the issue without any financial burden on our end. Additionally, bills were not passed on to tenants resulting in outstanding money owed to us from April. And we recently discovered that the agent failed to conduct proper referencing and background checks on the current tenants in our property.
