With over 21 years of experience in the Early Childhood industry, I have worked in various roles and gained extensive knowledge. I believe in excellent leadership and providing ongoing support to our team, creating a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and staff. My name is Ann Francis, and I am the Assistant Service Manager for Busy Bees at Torquay. Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 1998 with my family. After starting my childcare journey as a Family Day Care Educator, I pursued further education in Early Childhood Education. With a 21-year career in the City of Greater Geelong, I have gained extensive qualifications and experience. As a lifelong learner, I am passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where all families feel respected and encouraged to participate in their children's learning and development.
