"Disgusting experience, my boyfriend went in today to get his passport signed off, everything was done all she had to do was stamp and sign it. Immediately the lady was rude to him and his mum who was with him. Claimed she couldn’t stamp and sign the passport because they didn’t have an appointment, and staff shortages, but there were not other customers and it would’ve taken the rude woman 2 minutes. Not only that, she then abruptly asked my boyfriend his age, and made a disgusting comment on the fact that he didn’t need his mum with him to do his own passport. Which just wasn’t the case. Maybe she’s the reason for the staff shortages… only giving 1 star because I have too otherwise would be 0"

"Horrible experience with unhelpful staff and rude attitude with awful customer service approach such as yelling, demanding a package be payed for because she had already put the stamp on before purchase and before telling me (the customer) the price. Very cold-hearted and malicious behaviour, if your looking for a post office don’t come here, they don’t have any compassion or understanding for you, your just a means to an end."

"Rude and unhelpful staff. Came in for a work with children check and was refused service after I requested politely…. Because I was 2 mins past 4.30 and the employ stated that they were understaffed and buried under heaps of work."

"Most terrible service I've ever had. The male staff was rude and mannerless. I think he is racist because the way he treat others was lots better than to us. The lady who served us later was nice."
