Welcome to Family Services Australia (FSA), located in the heart of Shellharbour City Centre, Australia. As an establishment and point of interest, FSA is dedicated to providing compassionate and accountable services to empower individuals and families. At FSA, our strategy revolves around achieving sustainable growth in holistic community services. We aim to reach those in need through our six integrated service streams. With a clear strategic direction, our vision and purpose ensure that communities across Australia have access to quality multi-disciplined therapeutic services and support when they need it, ultimately improving personal and family well-being.

Our 2025 Strategic Plan is built on a foundation of strategic pillars, which we measure using a Community Support Framework (CSF) and Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP). While investing in core therapeutic early intervention services, FSA also focuses on developing new and innovative complementary support services. This approach ensures holistic continuity of care and well-being for children, young people, and families.

Child safety is paramount at FSA, and we provide facts and resources on how to keep kids safe. We believe in working together with our community to create a safe environment for children. Our trauma-informed services and support are designed to protect individuals from domestic violence and provide the necessary care and assistance.

We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our services, with a 70-staff increase and 19 additional sites to deliver Workforce Australia services in Queensland (QLD) and Northern New South Wales (NSW). This expansion allows us to reach more individuals and families in need of our assistance.

In recognition of our dedication to innovation, FSA has been ranked as the 8th Most Innovative Company in Australia and New Zealand for 2021 by the Australian Financial Review (AFR) in the Government, Education, and Not-for-Profit sectors. This achievement reflects our commitment to continuously improving our services and finding new ways to support our community.

Additionally, we are excited to launch free mental health services for all age groups in Southern NSW. This expansion of our six integrated multi-disciplined services further demonstrates our commitment to providing comprehensive support to individuals and families.
