"I've been shopping here for a few months now and I have to say the Manager is by far the best customer service I have ever received. She always goes above and beyond to help me find the right purchase and always so friendly. This store has now become my destination for jewellery."

"How can I give a negative number of stars? My wife has had a ring on order for weeks. Originally due Nov 10, then it got pushed out, then again, and then it was supposed to be available today, but still not. They don't know when it will be available. I'd call again but they never answer the phone (I've lost count); all I get is voicemail saying to leave a message and they'll call back. They never do. We have to physically go to the shop. We're *never* going to this shop again."

"Well if i could give 0 stars i would, staff not friendly, eye rolling, wouldn't refund or exchange, have to send the item away to ask of something, there policy wasnt clearly written in the shop or on the receipt, would never shop online or at the store, what a joke. You spend your money then they take it without any worries, they dont care. They were very rude all 3 of the ladies."

"This store does not share the same customer focus as other stores. The sales women was not willing to help or accommodate. She was short and to the point which come across as rude. I would not recommend this store if you are after good Customer service. What a shame to push Customers away."

"2 weeks ago, I purchased a brand new citizen watch. The sales women was fantastic and removed 2 links out of the band and went through the warranty steps and everything, told me if I need anymore links removed or have any issues to pop back in. Today I went into store to remove a half link out of the band. I was told they don't do half link removing and to go to another jeweller and fobbed me off. After sales here is horrible and wouldn't recommend. I have purchased numerous watches through this place and this is how they treat reoccurring customers."
