"Absolutely awful service in Wollongong. They cancelled the service for people under 65, leaving them stranded without any help to go to the doctor or even to the pharmacy to get their medicines. Judy refused to write to both me or my friend by email, although we cannot talk on the phone, and this should be in their files, as the issue had been brought to their attention repeatedly. She was apparently also told by Julie. They are endangering people's survival without any remorse or compassion. I hope that one day they will be in the same situation, unable to make phone calls or go out and with serious health problems - because one thing is for sure: they are not superior beings for being healthy. There are many more important criteria that define human beings. It was the Nazis that got rid of and spat on the disabled, and I really hope this will not happen in Australia. I for once like intelligent people and people who can spell and are accurate and are not embarrassed to show that they can write by answering emails. Apart from Judy, the general Wollongong email address also totally ignores emails as well as others. What do these people get paid for with taxpayers' money? Just wondering. No compassion and no spelling skills. And they believe to be superior beings? Speak of delusions of grandeur! I would personally disown anybody in my family like them. Honestly, I feel like throwing up. Absolutely rubbish inferior and incompetent service. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Learn to achieve something in order to be considered superior. Enjoying being rubbed and touched on the bus or all the noise and the jumping around is not a sign of superiority."
