She was rude and when my dad explained he had a voucher for his birthday today, she rudely replied that its an online voucher you cant use it here. Ofcourse, if we knew this we wouldnt have presented the voucher. She needs to be taught about customer service. She was chewing a gum while serving too, so unprofessional."
