"This is the second time I got missing item in my order. The first one was missing chicken, and the second one was missing pepsi in my meal order. So dissapointed when we expected to eat the food straight away once home but the food item’s missing."
"3/3 of my last orders have had something wrong. Cold chicken, stale fries, forgotten items. I understand when things are busy it can be tough to keep up. But maybe staff need retraining on checking orders are correct and keeping food fresh. For the price point that’s the least we should expect."
