"Told to drop of my car in the morning so I dropped it of at 9am to have a brake switch repaired.Told me to call at 1pm so I did, said he is waiting on the part.Then I ring at 3pm and he says he was given the wrong part and is waiting on the new one.I ask if he has eftpos and he says yes.When I get there at 4.30pm.I go to pay with my atm card and get told sorry I want cash,its Friday afternoon and I don't want write an invoice can you go and get cash.so then have to drive down the Rd to get cash.I ask how much the break switch cost and get no answer.His charges me an excessive amount for a job that should take about 10 minutes a and the cost of a break switch,we could have done it ourselves.And tells me because im paying cash its cheaper.I ask why is it so much? Oh Ive been on my back for an hour trying to fix it.He then says I can take the part back out if you like.I said you messed me around with times,tell me you take eftpos and then make me pay cash.Because his ripping of the tax man.And then tells me he need cash to buy a carton of beer...I ge tot my car and the petrol gauge is beeping.My mirrors are moved and seat is lowered.They have use my car to drive around in and left me with no petrol.Lucky I was around the corner from Petrol station.Terrible customer service,a rip off and I would never go back!!"
