"I felt the customer servicing attitude of the staff (dealt with only 2 of them) were not up to the mark. They were not trying to help the customers. In my case, I asked for a replacement of water instead of a sugar drink, they did not help and said there wasn't any (??!!). And the second staff did not pay attention when I was in front of the till for a while . Once she came, I asked for some tissue papers. She said there is not any (with a least effort of searching) - I could see there were some bunches in the side shelf. Possibly, my tourist look could have made them to think that I am not a repeated customer."

That's awesome. But unfortunately the voucher code doesn't work, and when I phoned the store direct, the staff member could not help.
