I will guide you in developing the necessary habits and skills to effectively navigate the emotional moments and challenges that life presents. Additionally, we offer online counselling, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your own home, at a time that suits you best.

While I am based in the Illawarra region, I provide flexible and accessible counselling services online. Sessions are available during the day, early evenings, and on Saturday mornings, accommodating different schedules.

I work with both men and women aged 18 and over, and if I feel that I may not be the best fit for your specific needs, I will gladly refer you to a more suitable counsellor.

I am also equipped to assist with improving self-esteem, boosting self-confidence and self-image, breaking free from unhealthy patterns, and developing new behaviors.
