"Had terrible experience with Dr who ignored symptoms and complaints just to get me out quickly. Didnt keep any notes on my and then retired so when I needed medical history wasnt there."
"I needed to see the doctor as soon as possible. I had an appointment made the same day. No wait time, even got in early. Never have I had issues here. All the staff were great. Even though it's private now, I was happy to pay for the care and referral I received."
"Refused to let my daughter see a doctor because she owed them 60.00, she is. Single mother with 2 children. Because they refused to see her she was unable to get a prescription for her mental health. Absolute disgrace. Will be sending a formal complaint to the health commissioner"
"I booked an appointment over a month ago only to be called up at 7.30am on the day of the appointment to have it cancelled because I was a new patient and therefore required a longer appointment that they couldn't accommodate for over two weeks! The woman on the phone blamed me for not calling them in the first place to make the appointment when I had clearly stated in the booking form that I was a new patient but the system allowed me to book the appointment. When I asked why this wasn't picked up until now i was told that it is clinic procedure not to review appointments until the day of or day before. What an absurd system and a great example of why it is so difficult to get a doctors appointment in this state, even when you're charged over $100 for you're trouble."
"Gave up and found a new doc/practice. I'd give it 0 stars if I could, probably not even worth 0. - 3-4 weeks wait for appointments, - 30+ min on hold every time I call or can't get through at all. - Rude/ snobby reception staff and one particular doctor.. - The doctors are NEVER on time and always make me late back to work. - Parking is an absolute nightmare and it's about to get worse because they are taking away the parking spots at the top of John St. Give it a quick search on Facebook and you'll find many people are going elsewhere, nothing but bad. I feel for the elderly that don't have much choice/don't know how to leave. Who ever runs this place should be ashamed."
