APDA is a unique blend of multiple dance forms, including contemporary, jazz, ballet, and modern dance. Our experienced teachers choreograph routines suitable for girls and ladies of all ages. Shellharbour City Physie and Dance has been a proud participant in the APDA movement since its inception in 2012. As an award-winning club, we have continuously grown and provided exceptional training to our students.

They are accredited with the Australian Physie and Dance Association (APDA), hold current First Aid certifications, possess current Working with Children checks, and are qualified physie and dance judges.
