"Walked in all happy then left feeling depressed and miserable. The old lady (that’s describing her nicely even though she does not deserve it) was rude and arrogant and should seriously consider retiring as it was the most embarrassing display of service. Would rather drive 5mins south down the road and use Windang Post Office before ever stepping foot in that Office again."
"Let me preface by saying I have only been to this establishment once, however, my experience was awful enough to compel me to share with you my story: I entered this AusPost to drop off a parcel. "How you going?" I greeted. "This post office is closed!" replied the cranky old goose. Now I don't know if she was joking but it came off as unwelcoming and rude, and also confusing as it was only 3 in the afternoon on a weekday. She then took the parcel from my hands and processed it anyway. I think a below average 2 star review is quite fair - despite the awful customer service, she did do her job in the end. I certainly will not be coming back again."
"It’s saddens me to see so many negative reviews about this lovely local post office. I have been coming here for years even tho I live the next suburb across due to the friendly staff, easy parking and the old school lollies from my childhood."
"Only left one star because there is no negative or zero choice. The grumpy lady obviously thinks customer service went out with black and white TV. The worst post office I have ever been too...in fact possibly the rudest person I have ever met! Avoid this place at all costs!"
