"One of the worst experiences I had in my life. Went on Saturday for extension maintenance and foils, booked with April which is their extension "specialist". Color was orange in the end but that's not the worst thing. Washed my hair after 72 hours and the extensions started to fall in chunks of hair, never happened to me before and I've been wearing extensions for the last 3 years. Contacted April for a refund for the extension retape, but no answer from her. So I have lost $400 and now I have to go to another salon for colour correction and retape of the extensions. Very unprofessional. I ca'tn give 0 stars"

"Thought i’d try a new hair dresser that was closer to home and i couldn’t be more disappointed. I asked for my natural colour (dark blonde) put back through my blonde hair and they dyed it orange, which i still had to pay full price for. I am now going through the process with my regular hairdresser (who was very annoyed at what they actually did) of getting my hair back to natural colour and slowly eliminating all the bronze sueshel put through it. Do not recommend and will never go back."
