"My partner booked our car in, we dropped the car there at the set time, but they haven't even had a look at the car for 2 full days. We didn't even get a call to explain they were late, or to check if we needed the car. We just wasted our time leaving the car there sitting for 2 days with no diagnosis done. When my partner went to pick up the car they haven't even explained why nothing was done in 2 days even though we booked in advance. Very upset with the lack of professionalism and respect with customer."
