"Appalling and beyond reproach. Two close family members have been abused, for want of a better word, by the rude administrative staff (nasty, pushy, dismissive...and who the hell yells ACROSS a waiting room BEFORE the patient has even seen the doctor 'Will you finalise your payment now!') and the 'doctor' who has strung one family member along for two years with shamefully rude, apathetic and neglectful 'treatment'. That this practice is still in operation is shocking, to say the least. They should be shut down or taken to court - and by the number of one-star ratings here, perhaps that might be on the cards. Shameful place run by shameful unprofessionals."

"My elderly step father, suffering from severe bladder issues (without going into too much detail) had basically wasted thousands of dollars of consultation fees over the last 12 months. The advice he was given to "fix" his problems had done nothing. The doctor was incredibly uninformative and very unhelpful, he seemed more interested in his high performance sports cars then actually helping. Now my step father has sought another specialist and they have instantly found the problem after asking the right questions and spending the time to listen and care about the outcome. The service was 500 times better and now my step father can stress alot less knowing he is now on good hands. Too bad about the thousands of dollars he's wasted due to the lack of care and understanding from this practice!!! My advice is avoid them and seek another specialist."

"Michelle the receptionist is rude. I was enquiring about the fee they charged about a procedure. She was defensive and talked over me when I was asking questions. I’m a health professional as well. Telling patients to read the paperwork doesn’t count as an instruction or best practice and can hold you in court. And yes I did tell you that you are rude on the phone so don’t exclaim it back to me"

"Worst show of Professionalism I have ever experienced. On every appointment have waited over 1.5 hours to be seen and when asked why the delay only response I was given by front desk was to make another appointment to wait again next time round. If you have other options, do yourself a favour and go there."
