I needed a new key fob and Jai gave me several options of fob style, programmed it, and then even called past my house to finalise the programming and make sure the fob was working properly! Top service from a genuinely nice person that really cares about the customer."
"I went on a Sunday, don’t do that, I got 3 spare keys cut, it was quick and $11.50 per key. Unfortunately none of the keys work and after returning and asking for help/a refund with the faulty keys I was told they were cut perfectly and should work. Just go to bunnings it’s cheaper and they are not rude to you and if the key doesn’t work they will recut no charge"
"The customer service is A1, cannot fault him at all. Gave me sound advice on an issue with my car key buttons, life saver. Took a client there to have a bag strap fixed, did a superb job. 100% satisfied with every visit. The shop front is always neat and tidy and full of products. Highly recommended!"
"Got (Merlin ) garage remote from there. Was having difficulty resetting it so googled it and was surprised to see that I was overcharged 23 dollars .original price for the same remote was 67 dollars at Bunnings and 62.5 dollars online at its original website but I was charged 90 dollars . He also charged me extra one dollar for simple ring ( which I never asked )without my knowledge and only found about it once paid. Very disappointed for being over charged. No doubt he was efficient though and made 2 keys very quick. Would never go back or recommend anyone else."
