"NOT RECOMMENDED. Purchased $99 purse yesterday, discovered it was too small for purpose last night, returned today to request refund (packaging intact) only to be told they do not refund on change of mind. They offered store credit instead, which in frustration I accepted thinking I would sell the credit to someone. I read the fine print on leaving the store (wasn't told by the sales person!!) and the credit note must be used within 14 days of credit issued. Went back and reclaimed the purse, which I will now sell online to recoup what I can. There's a very bad taste in my mouth from engaging with this business. I will not return. I will not recommend them to anyone. I will share my experience. Poor Form Uglisista!"
