Welcome to the Geelong Animal Welfare Society (GAWS) Op Shop, located at 63 Vines Road in Hamlyn Heights, Australia. Our establishment is not just a store, but a point of interest where you can support animal welfare while finding unique treasures.

When you visit our Op Shop, you'll not only discover a wide range of second-hand items, but you'll also be contributing to the care of animals at GAWS. Our calendar, featuring heartwarming images and stories of 13 GAWS graduates living their happily ever after, is available for purchase, with all proceeds going towards the well-being of our furry friends.

At GAWS, we receive thousands of animals each year and have over 200 animal pens onsite. By becoming an annual sponsor, you directly support the animals in your chosen pen, helping cover the costs of veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, and all the care they require during their stay.

Through our adoption program, we have given over 2,200 animals a second chance in the past year alone. Our dedicated team of highly skilled vets and nurses are passionate about providing affordable and quality animal care for Geelong and our neighboring communities.
