Welcome to Boonah Shire Swimming Pool, located at 32 Macquarie Street in Boonah, Australia. Our establishment is a popular point of interest in the community, offering a range of swimming pool facilities for all to enjoy.

Boonah Shire Swimming Pool is owned by Education Queensland and is associated with the local schools in the area. The pool is operated by community volunteers who ensure its smooth operation and maintenance. Our pool features a 25-meter pool with a small toddler pool, along with convenient change rooms, showers, and shaded grassed areas for relaxation.

We are open from Monday to Friday, offering lap swimming from 5.30am to 9am, and general hours from 9am to 6pm. On Saturdays, we are open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, and on Sundays and public holidays, we welcome visitors from 10am to 5.30pm.

If you are looking for another public swimming pool facility in the area, the Council provides pools at Beaudesert, Tamborine Mountain, and Canungra. The Beaudesert pool offers a 50-meter heated pool, shaded areas, and a wading pool with a splash park for toddlers. The Canungra pool also offers a 25-meter heated pool, along with various amenities such as shaded seating areas, a children's play area, a cafe, and disabled access and toilet facilities. They also provide swim squads, learn to swim classes, baby and mum classes, and aqua aerobics. The Canungra Swimming Club meets on Thursdays at 5.30pm. Please note that the Canungra pool is only open from 2pm to 6pm during the summer school holidays, and is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Day, and Australia Day.

If you are interested in hydrotherapy or aqua fitness, the Scenic Rim Aqua Fitness Centre (formerly known as the Scenic Rim Hydrotherapy Pool) is the perfect place for you. This indoor heated pool is now owned and managed by the council. Operating hours are from 6am to 10am and 2pm to 6pm from Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 5pm on Sundays.
